In this key position, you assume overall responsibility for the nursing area of the St. Anna Clinic. As a member of the extended management team, you actively shape the further development and create the framework for high-quality care and future-oriented leadership.

YOUR TASKS

You lead the nursing area professionally, personnel, organizationally and economically and develop it continuously together with your management team.

• Strengthen your leaders in leadership and foster a culture of leadership based on trust, cooperation and mutual support.
• You design the strategic orientation of the care area and implement it successfully
• You will continuously develop care quality, processes and innovations
• You are responsible for budget, resources and the economic achievement of your area
• You work closely with our partner doctors and interprofessional partners
• As a member of the extended management team, you actively contribute your perspective to the further development of the clinic

You also bring the following

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, further training in management or business administration is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership and social skills as well as a hands-on mentality that you use in interdisciplinary and interprofessional exchange
• A Positive Leadership Mentality in an Acute Hospital
• Experience in the further development of larger teams and ideally in quality and process management (lean hospital)
• Entrepreneurial and systemic thinking skills as well as a sense of economic connections
