Main responsibilities
- Cooperation in the project and construction phase of the new facility in the area of Facility & Utility Management
- Support in the qualification, validation and commissioning of technical systems and systems
- Participation in the implementation of the CMMS system with a focus on the facility management processes
- Cooperation in the development and optimization of processes, standards and strategies in the facility management
- Preparation and coordination of work instructions in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Support in the development of an efficient and future-oriented facility Managements on site
- Examination and technical release project The documentations of the project - ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards and close cooperation with interdisciplinary stakeholders
Key requirements
