This is what your everyday life looks like

• At the heart of it: You are responsible for the technical and personnel management of 2 team leaders and around 25 employees - so that our customers continue to look forward to correctly and quickly processed service documents.
• Your employees are close to your heart – it gives you pleasure to initiate and promote further development in the group.
• Together with your team leaders, you lead human resources processes and accompany discussions, recruitments and development steps.
• In projects and working groups you bring your experience and work together with internal and external groups from the performance area.
• You are not only a group leader, but also a source of ideas! You actively think about new processes, question existing processes and drive the further development of performance testing.
• A rapid and individual flow of communication and information is important to you and you ensure this for the entire task area.
• Building bridges and expanding the professional network is easy for you.
