Your main tasks are

• Deputy team leaders in the personnel and professional management of a care and care team with 30 residents
• Professional, individual care and care of residents in all complex situations based on the care process as well as cooperation with their relatives.
• Professional support and qualification of employees in complex situations
• Interprofessional cooperation with all bodies involved in care and support
• Documentation and interpretation of nursing services provided
• Participation in the training of learners (FaGe EFZ, AGS EBA) and students HF in everyday practice

You have over

• Training as a nurse HF or equivalent training
• Professional experience in long-term care or geriatrics
• The ability, motivation and joy of taking the step into a leadership role
• A committed and communicative personality characterized by professional and social competence, independence and process-oriented working methods
