Role overview

Tasks: As Floor Supervisor Housekeeping 100% (f/m/i) you ensure compliance with our quality standards in day-to-day operations, this also includes

• Together with your team you ensure a smooth housekeeping operation on the assigned floor
• Regular checks ensure cleanliness, orderliness and compliance with our quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
• The management of cleaning products, laundry and work materials is your responsibility, including timely re-orders
• You accompany new employees during training and support them in the implementation of processes and standards
• As a contact person for guest concerns, complaints and internal interfaces, you contribute to a high quality of service
• With your operational support you ensure an efficient daily business process Requirements You have an education in the hotel industry or housekeeping and bring experience in housekeeping.

In addition, you bring with you

• Completed training in the hospitality industry, housekeeping or equivalent sector
• Several years of practical experience in housekeeping, ideally supplemented by initial leadership experience
• Good knowledge of cleaning processes, hygiene regulations and quality standards
• A structured, reliable and organized way of working even with a high workload
• Enjoy working with employees as well as a motivating and appreciative communication
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage We offer:
