- Three or more years of professional and leadership experience in retail as specialist, department or section manager

Main responsibilities
- Guide, support, and develop employees – and be a role model for them
- Pay special attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables, and bread, and fight food waste with clever order planning
- Order goods on time and in exactly the right quantity
- Skillfully plan tasks according to the weekly schedule to ensure efficient workflows in your store
- Do everything to ensure the numbers are right – for sales, personnel costs, and inventory Requirements
- Three or more years of professional and leadership experience: in retail as a specialist, department, or section manager
- Completed vocational training (EBA): ideally in retail (food) or a related profession
- Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally already professional experience with them
- Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
- Physically fit, some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos
