In this key role, you analyze and question existing processes together with the relevant stakeholders and develop future-oriented target processes and technical requirements from them.
It is expressly not a question of simply transferring existing processes into new systems, but of critically reviewing processes and redesigning them if necessary.

- Several years of professional experience in the HR environment as well as a sound understanding of HR processes and their organizational contexts
- Proven experience in managing HR projects in connection with the analysis, design and optimization of end-to-end processes and workflows
- Experience in the structured recording, analysis and translation of technical requirements into technical system conditions
- Experience with HR systems and ideally with the introduction or further development of integrated HR solutions
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
- High level of communication and consulting competence as well as addressee-friendly behaviour
