You and your five colleagues in planning and control ensure that everything runs smoothly in our customer service center (KSC). There's always a lot going on here. This is what your everyday life looks like

• At the heart of it: As a specialist, you are responsible for personnel planning and control in intraday management and ensure performance and scalability from KSC.
• You will help to plan the personnel requirements for the future and ensure that you stay in contact with the different departments in case there are deviations.
• The development and implementation of concepts for optimal planning and control of customer contact via all important channels are part of your area of responsibility.
• By analyzing data and always thinking one step ahead, you recognize opportunities and challenges and contribute to the planning, control and digital development of the KSC.
• With advice and deeds, you are at the side of the executives in day-to-day business – with all questions regarding personnel planning and contact management.

You bring that with you

• First things first: You like to work analytically and conceptually. You enjoy working service-oriented and carefully and you infect others with your helpful nature.
• You will bring professional experience in personnel planning (WFM) or in intraday management to master the exciting tasks in the customer service center.
• You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector and further education in business administration or have a university degree.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with telephony systems (Cisco, Avaya, etc.) and planning software (Plano, Genesys, Calabrio, etc.) or are very interested in thinking about it. However, you use the MS-Office programs without any problems.
• You are flexible and open to keep up with the rapidly changing industry.
• Your expression in German is stylish. You also have a good knowledge of French.
