We are shaping the care of tomorrow! At Stiftung APW, we are continuing to develop our care services and strengthen collaboration between inpatient care and Spitex. In doing so, we rely on working and project groups and are systematically expanding specialist responsibilities. For this, we are looking for committed individuals who would like to join us on this journey, contribute their ideas and actively help shape the future of Spitex. Healthcare specialist on night duty, outpatient & inpatient For this newly created position, we are looking for a committed healthcare professional with an EFZ qualification and experience in long-term care and/or Spitex. In inpatient night duty, you will provide our residents with professional care and ensure safety and well-being. In outpatient night duty, you will be available by telephone for emergencies and coordinate further care in cooperation with the Spitex team. • You are a healthcare specialist with an EFZ qualification and ideally have experience in long-term care or Spitex.
• You work independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You remain calm even in challenging situations and act thoughtfully.
• You value collaboration and communication across different areas.
• You contribute your own ideas and enjoy helping shape new ways.

The Spitex services of the lakeside municipalities of Greppen, Vitznau and Weggis support people in their own homes – individually, professionally and with heart. Our goal is to enable and facilitate life in familiar surroundings. We provide care, treatment, advice and support where people feel most comfortable: at home.
