This is what your everyday life looks like

• At the heart of it: You examine and determine complex performance and damage cases in the area of Spitex and care with suspicion of uneconomic, abusive or fraudulent claims.
• To detect suspicious cases, you conduct in-depth data analysis.
• Intensive negotiations are not always easy. With your psychological skills, you succeed in implementing measures in a targeted manner, whether in dialogue with customers or service providers.
• You will conduct demanding correspondence and document all processes precisely and comprehensively.
• You are the professional contact person for all internal and external interfaces, including our legal service, and support them.
• Your expertise is in demand! You are actively involved in internal specialist training, training and awareness-raising and advise the interfaces of all Group divisions.

You bring that with you

• First things first: You have gained your professional experience in the field of health or personal insurance, ideally supplemented by experience in the field of Spitex / care.
• Do you bring further education in the social or health insurance sector? That would definitely be a plus!
• You have the ability to analyze and present complex facts and figures in a structured way – your very good knowledge of Excel or other analysis tools will help you.
• Challenging negotiations with internal and external parties are met with skill and perseverance. You convince with a professional and winning appearance.
• You express yourself very well in German (verbal and written). Maybe you even know French, Italian or English?
• For you, teamwork means not only cooperation, but real cooperation. At the same time, you appreciate it if you can work independently in your field.
