You can design it.
- You will accompany service customers in setting up and setting up their ZEV and VEWA objects and advise them reliably.
- You ensure smooth operation throughout the entire lifecycle and coordinate cooperation with customers, suppliers, local distribution operators, ownership and administration.
- You analyze data deviations, develop suitable solutions and ensure high data and process quality – from the maintenance of master and measurement data to invoicing.
- You take on responsibility in optimization and process improvement projects and promote knowledge transfer through training in the team and with customers.
- You accompany the agile team as a team coach: You promote lean-agile principles according to SAFe, a trusting cooperation and the continuous improvement of working methods.
- You will moderate team events such as planning, reviews and retrospectives, support obstacles and conflicts and coach team members and product owners in cooperation with stakeholders.

- You have a recognised degree at tertiary level, for example a federal professional certificate or a bachelor's degree in technical and/or commercial direction.
- You have experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coach or in a comparable agile role
- Knowledge of SAFe is especially welcome.
- You enjoy moderating workshops and team events, communicating appreciatively and finding constructive solutions for challenges together with others.
- You work structured, customer-oriented and enjoy data-driven processes and different interfaces.
- Ideally, you will know the energy industry as well as the ZEV/VEWA environment or the incidental cost accounting.
- You communicate very well in German and English.
