• Joint personnel management of a care team with 22 nurses and social educators
• On the ward: nursing-educational care for the children
• Collaboration with the children's network
• Participation in management committees
• Administrative-organizational tasks
• Service planning
• Collaboration in the planning and implementation of content and strategic goals
• Management and collaboration in projects and working groups
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the various departments Your profile
• Completed training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or as a dipl. Nursing specialist (ideally specializing in psychiatry)
• Ideally, leadership experience
• Experience in child/adolescent and/or adult psychiatry as well as experience in working with children
• Open-minded, resilient and humorous personality who enjoys dealing with people
