You can design it.

• You coordinate orders in the areas of scheduling, meter installation and troubleshooting around smart meters in projects or in classic case management.
• You analyze energy measurement disturbances, initiate suitable solutions and accompany cases until successful completion.
• Together with the team, you ensure an optimal operational planning of our technicians.
• You will recognize automation and digitalization potential and contribute your ideas to cross-divisional projects.
• You actively shape automation and digitalization projects in cooperation with IT and drive them forward.
• You support internal and external stakeholders by telephone and in writing with your professional advice.

That makes you

• You have a basic commercial education or a comparable qualification with technical understanding.
• High interest and the ability to advance and implement automation and digitalization projects.
• You work independently, team-oriented and promote a trusting cooperation.
• You communicate clearly and friendly with different stakeholders.
• You are safe with MS Office
• Ideally, you already have experience with SAP.
• Ideally, you are familiar with metering or electrotechnical basics.
• You are open to new topics and like to develop further.
