- You support the Finance Director, the Chief of Staff and the staff (including the Business Department) in administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business as well as in projects and keep an overview of the pendencies.
- You organize meetings and events.

- You have a commercial training EFZ and have completed a suitable further education (ideally as a managerial assistant with federal FA).
- You work routinely with MS 365, have experience with business management and CRM systems where possible and are interested in new IT solutions.
- Your strengths include a friendly, winning appearance and a high service orientation, pronounced organizational skill, a quick comprehension and networked thinking.
- Your communication in German is stylish, clear and correct.
- You work in a structured, reliable, forward-looking and independent manner.
- Your balance and humor enable you to keep calm even in hectic situations.
