The health centre Dielsdorf is a modern geriatric centre of competence with around 500 employees from 35 nations.
Our range of services ranges from consulting services for the elderly and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as care and care at home.
With over 200 beds, the inpatient services of general long-term care at the Dielsdorf site are complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitation and transition care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics and the focus on dementia.

Main responsibilities
- Design space and the opportunity to help shape dementia care with your expertise.
- This includes the responsibility for case management throughout the entire care process.
- To share your proven professional experience at HF level and in working with people with dementia during regular specialist exchanges or training sessions.

- Completed training as a Dipl.
- Care professional HF or equivalent with SRK recognition
- Good German knowledge in word and writing (at least level B2)
- High social, method and technical competence Time-appropriate IT skills
