Main responsibilities
- You accompany and support our patients mindfully through the night.
- The individual, needs- and resource-oriented treatment and advice, for example on sleep-promoting measures, is in your hands.
- You master complex situations confidently and keep an overview.
- During the night you are responsible for the smooth running of the ward.
- You document relevant events and your achievements reliably and correctly.
- You carefully accompany and support our patients through the night.
- Requirements: You are a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH.
- For foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required.
- Ideally, you already have experience in psychiatric nursing or would like to familiarize yourself with this exciting field.
- You enjoy working at night and remain calm and confident even in challenging situations.
