  • As a logistics specialist, you have the opportunity to gain initial leadership experience in an exciting and dynamic environment.
  • The goods outlet parcels area with several team leaders and employees ensures a smooth shipping of goods every day
  • Together with other deputy team management, you report to the team leader and support him as a right hand in day-to-day business
  • Supporting the team leader in the management of employees and ensuring a smooth, cross-shift daily business process
  • Organization and coordination of personnel deployment in close coordination with the control room as well as ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process specifications
  • Introduction of new employees and promotion of a smooth flow of information and communication within the team
  • Through active participation in day-to-day business, you are always on the pulse of events and contribute together with your team to the timely processing of our logistics orders

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (EFZ or EBA), ideally in logistics or a comparable environment
  • Professional experience in a modern production or logistics environment
  • First leadership experience is beneficial
