- Promoting optimization measures and continuous improvement processes as well as taking over the deputy production management in the absence of production management
- Responsibility for compliance with quality standards, hygiene guidelines, occupational safety requirements and legal provisions.
- Promoting a safe working environment through the consistent implementation of safety measures and accident prevention.
- Leadership, motivation and further development of the production team as well as strengthening a successful team culture.
- organisation of personnel deployments, shift and break planning and control of absences.
- Monitoring production processes and plants, detecting and reporting disruptions as well as active support in day-to-day operations.

- Responsibility for order, organization and economic inventory management of production warehouses as well as the preparation of key figures and inventory support. Requirements that you bring
- Completed training in the food sector, as a baker, confectioner or in a comparable production environment
- Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in the food industry
- Initial management experience and pleasure in accompanying and developing employees
- Experience in production, personnel and resource planning
- Good knowledge of hygiene, quality and safety regulations
- Technical understanding and interest in production facilities and processes
- Structured, organized and solution-oriented working method
- Secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP or production planning systems
