Application process
- You support in the administrative processing of loan applications, especially in document management, filing and archiving.
- You work closely with our partner banks, coordinate administrative process steps and ensure that open points are reliably tracked.
- You prepare disbursements in accordance with our process specifications, ensure compliance with internal requirements as well as KKG guidelines and support checks and plausibility checks in the context of the lending processes. Qualificates What you bring
- Ideally, you bring experience in the area of credit, for example in credit processing, credit administration, credit business or in a similar function.
- You are strong in communication, convincing and professional in dealing with customers, internal teams and partner banks.
- You have a pronounced focus on performance and solutions and do everything possible to efficiently clarify open points and successfully complete dossiers.
- You have negotiation skills, persistence and perseverance, especially when it comes to gathering information, tracking feedback and pushing processes forward.
- You are motivated, goal-oriented and enjoy innovative, digital products and efficient processes.
