Role overview
Develop and write draft judgments, particularly in the areas of social insurance law (AHV/IV with a foreign connection, occupational pension provision, accident insurance) and public health law (particularly hospital lists and tariffs, highly specialized medicine, list of specialties, remedies/medical products) Participate in the instruction of administrative law complaint procedures in decision-making consultations and public negotiations Write the minutes
Completed university law degree, preferably with a license to practice law and/or doctorate
