Your main tasks are

• Production and provision of daily catering services for 158 residents in the residential areas as well as for internal and external guests in the Onyx restaurant and for events
• Assumption of day-to-day responsibility in the absence of the superior
• Collaboration and further development of Restaurant Onyx with Frontcooking
• Control of the delivery of goods for condition, quality, completeness and proper storage of food in the absence of the superior
• Share responsibility for strict compliance with the rules on food control, accident prevention and
• Hygiene according to HACCP
• Accompanying and supporting learners

You have over

• Completed training as a cook EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the field of à la carte cuisine or community gastronomy
• Vocational or dietary training desirable
• High quality awareness as well as strong service and customer orientation
• Self-employed and good organisational working methods
• Teamwork, resilience and flexibility
• Friendly dealings with elderly people, guests and staff
