Your responsibilities

• You conduct compliance checks and support the subject-matter specialists in their area of work.
• You coordinate the inspections with the responsible specialist departments.
• You carry out shell construction inspections and accompany construction projects during this phase.
• You carry out final inspections and prepare the corresponding final letters.
• You conduct follow-up inspections and ensure compliance with the requirements.
• You investigate structures and installations built unlawfully.
• You assess and process solar and energy notifications.

Your profile

• You have completed training in architecture, building construction or civil engineering (university of applied sciences, higher technical college or equivalent). Ideally, you have completed the specialist module in construction at HSLU or are motivated to attend this course.
• You have a good understanding of building permitting and have experience as a building administrator.
• You are interested in issues relating to planning and building and planning law.
• You are characterized by a strong customer focus, work independently and accurately, and have excellent organizational skills.
• You have a confident manner, grasp things quickly, and enjoy working in a team.
• You express yourself very well, both orally and in writing, and in a way appropriate for the audience.
