Tasks

• A responsible leadership task: You lead a team professionally and in terms of personnel and are supported by deputies
• A versatile working environment: In our booking department, we ensure that around 100,000 order lines are booked efficiently and error-free every month. Small and midi products are unpacked, counted, booked and then stored in containers
• Close cooperation: You work closely with Lead Goods Reception and other teams, ensure a smooth process and clear lines of communication and are responsible for implementing the department strategy
• Leadership responsibility: You conduct employee and development discussions, set clear goals and promote the further development of your team
• Responsibility and creative leeway: You take responsibility for the implementation of the departmental strategy and contribute your ideas for the further development of the team and the processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a logistician EFZ, logistics specialist or a comparable qualification (e.g. technical clerk)
• Several years of professional experience in logistics or a comparable industry is mandatory
• Passion for leadership: You’re passionate about inspiring, empowering and celebrating success together. With your commitment and sense of people, you create a motivating working environment in which everyone can develop further.
• Structured and solution-oriented working method with strong communication
• Experience with ERP systems and very good knowledge of German (C1)
• Organizational skill, high personal responsibility, willingness to perform and resilience as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations
• You are ready to work in the day shift between 07:00 and 18:00 and have a perfect reputation
