- You review, create, adapt and negotiate customer, partner and supplier contracts as well as service level agreements and ensure their legally compliant approval.

- You plan and manage contract renewals together with the account managers and ensure that they are completed on time.
- You are the central contact person for contract law issues and coordinate complex cases with Group Legal and Compliance.
- You develop and maintain contract templates, terms and conditions, templates and standardized contract processes.
- You are responsible for central, audit-proof contract management including data quality, deadline control, KPIs, reports and periodic billing.
- You will analyze contract risks, advise sales on offers and contract drafting and negotiate with customers and strategic partners together with KAM. Profile and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable education
- Good expertise in Swiss contract and bond law
- Experience in handling contracts, ideally in the technical field (e.g. telecommunications or computer science) Communication and negotiation skills
