- Communications & Corporate Affairs Partner leads company advocacy and corporate reputation management by delivering purpose-driven communications.
- This role ensures a consistent narrative across internal and external stakeholders, markets, and cultures, collaborating cross-functionally to align communication strategies with healthcare and social sector priorities.
- Strategic Integration: Partner closely with commercial, marketing, and affiliate leadership to co-create, align, and execute communication strategies that directly drive business priorities, strategic pillars, and key product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as an agile communications partner across local, regional, and global network teams to ensure alignment, share best practices, and maximize cross-organizational impact.
- Crisis Leadership & Risk Mitigation: Serve as the primary guardian of corporate reputation; own and execute end-to-end issue management and crisis communication strategies in full compliance with local regulatory standards.
- External Relations & Media Management: Lead external media engagement, draft press releases, Q , and media briefs, and optimize media channels (traditional and digital) to maximize company share of voice and brand positioning.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key external stakeholders—including media, patient organizations, policymakers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)—to advance policy, healthcare advocacy, and organizational goals.
