Tasks
Advising and coaching key people on cross-directional core topics of digital transformation as well as support in the implementation of strategic and organizational changes
- •Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation and further development of administrative competence teams, specialist groups and networks in the field of digital transformation
- Planning, moderation and implementation of interdirectional exchange and participation formats to promote a common understanding of digital transformation
- Develop and implement measures to promote digital transformation and strengthen an open, networked and learning-oriented administrative culture
- Support in the operationalization of the digital transformation strategy, in particular in deriving, coordinating and tracking strategic actions
- Preparation of decision-making bases, analyses, reports and presentations for department management and cantonal specialist and steering bodies
- Participation in communication and awareness-raising measures to make the benefits, progress and successes of the digital transformation within the administration visible throughout the canton
Requirements
- Degree (FH/Uni/HF) in Public Management, Administrative Sciences, Business Informatics or Organizational Development and Training in Coaching (MAS, CAS) desirable
- Several years of professional experience in coaching as well as transformation, organizational development, digitization or change projects, preferably in the public sector or in a complex matrix organization
- Experience in accompanying and moderating change processes, workshops and participatory work formats
- Strong ability to translate strategic goals into concrete actions and actionable steps and systematically track their progress
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in preparing reports, decision bases and presentations for management bodies
- High communication and mediation skills as well as the ability to bring different stakeholders together and develop common solutions
- Independent, structured and initiative working method combined with a high degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as a secure appearance at all hierarchical levels
