- The KSBL department is responsible for the planning, implementation and commissioning of complex new and refurbishment projects in the healthcare sector.
- For the implementation of future-oriented infrastructure projects, we are looking for a dedicated personality that efficiently manages projects from planning to commissioning and, together with various stakeholders, develops modern hospital infrastructures.

Company and context
- As part of the project organization, you conduct and coordinate in a responsible role the discussions with the core business (medical service, care, logistics, medical technology etc.) within the large-scale projects
- Together with users and operators, you develop the phase-oriented, specific requirements (e.g. operating concepts, space program, etc.) and make necessary decisions.
- Depending on project requirements, you also take over the management of smaller projects You develop cross-site standards
- You take the preparation and support for moving and commissioning planning Requirements:
- Higher education/training with technical, business or medical-care background and professional experience in the health and hospital sector or strong interest in changing to this exciting area
- Multiannual experience in project and process management
- As project manager, you think and trade conceptually and solution-oriented
- You are a communicative personality, paired with assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
- You like to work in teams with professionals from different disciplines (users, construction, ICT, building and medical technology, external planners) and can coordinate different requirements step-by-step
