- An educational passion for working with younger children
- Several years of experience in children’s choir conducting
- extraordinary artistic personality with dedication, charisma and enthusiasm
- Interested in a close cooperation as a team player in the choral management team and in the joint further development of the Lucerne Cantorei
- University degree in choral conducting (optional also in singing and piano)
- Flexibility for use on rehearsal weekends, in choir camps and at performances
