• You accompany and support FABE learners during their training in regular PA sessions and ensure the theory-practice transfer
• You receive a defined workload, which you can plan flexibly
• You ensure the agogically oriented accompaniment, support and care of adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior
• You promote, activate and accompany our users in a targeted manner according to their individual abilities
• You support the users in leading as self-determined and good a life as possible
• You keep the client documentation
• Requisiti
• You have completed training as a care specialist, child care specialist, child care specialist, health care specialist, geriatric nurse, qualified carer for the disabled or as a special education nurse
• You have a certificate as a vocational trainer or are interested in completing further training
• You advantageously have experience in working with adults with a mental disability
• You are a team player and work resource-oriented
• You get involved in new situations and do not lose track even in difficult moments
