Main responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- drive day to day COO BAU activities: business analytics, MI reporting, problem solving, management support,
- support preparation of highly qualitative outputs such as presentations and various MI documentation for Senior Management
- maintain robust operating platform front-to-back incl. ownership of key controls and front to back product flows mapping /review
- support implementations of the sales and client strategies with product business area/sales team
- support EMEA Business Head in implementing business strategy and daily operations of the business
- serve as liaison between lines of business and various support partners, helping to drive accountability across all internal functions
- wok on enhancements in COO and sales processes though automation / AI
- work with Technology to support implementation of front to back systems / improvements and MI, incl.
- One UBS Revenue reporting, CID management across divisions
