Role overview
You build the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio) from the ground up with us and develop it into a stable, secure and sustainable basis for AI and automation solutions at Emmi.
️ You shape the technical governance of the platform and ensure that security, compliance and architecture standards are intelligently anchored from the outset.

Key requirements
- ️ Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-Plattformen, idealerweise mit Fokus aus Power Platform, M365 und AI-Technologien.
- 烙 Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Informatikumfeld, bringst praktische Erfahrung mit der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) mit und begeisterst dich für neue AI-Technologien und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
- ️ Du verstehst Plattformarchitekturen, Integrationen und Governance-Konzepte und kannst skalierbare sowie sichere Lösungen gestalten.
- Du kennst die Herausforderungen rund um Security, Compliance, Berechtigungen und Governance und berücksichtigst diese bereits im Lösungsdesign.
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Aufbauumfeld, übernimmst Verantwortung und treibst Themen eigenständig voran.
- Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch und verhandlungssicher auf Englisch und arbeitest souverän mit technischen sowie fachlichen Stakeholdern zusammen.

- ️ You have in-depth experience in building, operating and advancing Microsoft platforms, ideally with a focus on Power Platform, M365 and AI technologies.
- 烙 You have completed training in the computer science environment, bring practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and are enthusiastic about new AI technologies and their applications.
- ️ Understand platform architectures, integrations and governance concepts, and can design scalable and secure solutions.
- You know the challenges around security, compliance, permissions and governance and already consider them in the solution design.
