- Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Expertise technique et suivi des procédés référent en usinage sur l’ensemble du parc machine (tournage, fraisage 3axes) Définir, valider et optimiser les paramètres d’useinage Réaliser et/ou valider les réglages machines pour garantir la conformité et la répétabilité Assurer un qualité de qualité optimal en respectant les standards internes Assurer la préparation et l’entretien des machines et des équipements associés Gestion des priorités et amélioration continue Identifier et résoudre les défauts d’useinage durables en collaboration avec la production, méthodes et la qualité contribuer à l’optimisation des procédé Expliquer et faire appliquer les instructions de poste et standards internes.

- Proven experience in machining, turning, and milling
Main responsibilities

Key requirements
- CFC in Polymecanics or equivalent training
- Proven experience in machining, turning, and milling
- Skills with CNC machines, Fanuc, and Siemens controls
- Ability to diagnose and resolve anomalies quickly
- Ability to transmit technical skills pedagogically
- Natural leadership and team motivation skills
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving
