- Respect scrupulously all institutional procedures and professional standards governing the provision of care and support services. - Contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of unit operations and service delivery. - Conduct risk assessments and implement protective measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all school youth.
- Participate in crisis response and implement de-escalation techniques where necessary, maintaining a calm and caring attitude. - Engage in reflexive practice and clinical supervision to improve professional skills and service quality. - Contribute to the collection and analysis of results data to assess the effectiveness of the program and to guide service improvement.
- Experience in psychiatry (5 years) and/or child psychiatry (an asset).
- Ability to work in a demanding institutional setting.
