Full description
This position is intended for a physician wishing to engage in a diverse activity, close to the field and at the heart of regional health issues. You will contribute to the proper functioning and development of the medical activities of the Réseau de l'Arc, in particular through:
- One-time replacements within our Medicentres to ensure continuity of care and support medical teams.
- Participation in medical and cross-cutting activities carried out by the Medical Directorate.
- The development and continuous improvement of the care offer of the Arc Network.
- Contribution to various medical and organizational projects in collaboration with senior physicians and network teams.
- Support for various cross-cutting activities and projects within our Mental Health Department.
- Participation in initiatives that meet the health needs of the population of Bernese Jura and Seeland.
This function provides a comprehensive vision of the regional health system and allows interaction with many medical and institutional partners.
- Federal degree of doctor or recognized foreign diploma.
- MEBEKO recognition obtained or in progress.
- Excellent mastery of French, minimum B2 level required.
- Driver's licence and personal vehicle essential.
- Good knowledge of the region or real willingness to integrate in a sustainable way.
- Experience in outpatient, hospital or first resort medicine as an asset.
- High interest in regional health issues and community medicine.
