- Overall responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of the production site (approximately 130 employees)
- Direct supervision of production, quality, logistics, maintenance, procurement and SHE (safety, health, environment)
Main responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of the production site (approximately 130 employees)
- Direct supervision of production, quality, logistics, maintenance, procurement and SHE (safety, health, environment)
- Coordination of the local management team and ensuring effective cross-cutting collaboration within the matrix (finance/IT, marketing/R&D, HR)
- Assurance of fluid production according to defined quality standards and guarantee of availability of deliveries
- Creation and maintenance of safe and healthy workplaces and the continued development of a positive safety culture
- Compliance with environmental regulations and active implementation of sustainability objectives
- Responsibility for planning, budget compliance and cost optimization at the production site
- Participation in the design of a new production site in Farvagny and guarantee of successful transfer to this new site
- Analysis and continuous improvement of production processes according to the LEAN principles in order to increase efficiency and quality Required
- Minimum 10 years of management experience: in an industrial production environment, particularly in the agri-food sector
