- Coordinate and facilitate steering committees, working groups, and governance activities across multiple stakeholder groups and divisions, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Drive integrated planning by maintaining milestone plans, delivery roadmaps, and dependency trackers that provide a clear picture of program progress
- Manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID) proactively, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and follow-up across all workstreams
- Consolidate, analyze, and communicate project information from multiple sources to support effective and timely leadership decision-making
- Ensure project artefacts and documentation are complete, consistent, version-controlled, and audit-ready at all times
- Support budget, resource, and vendor management activities, contributing to financial transparency and resource optimization across the program
- Lead smaller projects or workstreams end-to-end, from initiation through to successful delivery, with full accountability for outcomes
