Main responsibilities
- You record telephone and written customer orders in the ERP system
- You process quality complaints and clarify them internally and inform customers about the current delivery status
- You support our demanding customers on the phone or by written medium
- You will support the webshop customers and advise them on the self-service possibilities of Transgourmet.
- You support the internal customers according to the service catalogue and processes.
- You recognize customer needs, capture them and forward them Requirements
- You have completed a commercial education, an education in customer dialogue or an equivalent education
- You bring your first professional experience in a comparable function – ideally in the food and/or catering sector
- You are well versed in dealing with IT tools as well as digital products and systems (e.g. webshop and apps)
- German is your mother tongue and you have very good knowledge of Italian and/or French (level C1)

- Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du verfügst über sehr gute Italienisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche so wie mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und formulierst stilsicher, lösungsorientiert und fehlerfrei
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und arbeitest sorgfältig und exakt
- Du verfügst über gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine starke Belastbarkeit
- Du bist flexibel. Unsere Erreichbarkeit ist von Montag bis Freitag von 07:00 bis 17:30 Uhr und am Samstag von 07:00 bis 12:00 Uhr.
