Main responsibilities
- You support professionals in day-to-day business such as rent changes, housing receipts and ancillary costs statements, as well as in the preparation of final invoices and in the payment system
- You advise tenants, homekeepers, craftsmen and authorities by telephone and provide information You are working on dismissals You prepare and deliver repair orders You control and control the lenders
- You are responsible for the general data maintenance and data management of the property.
- You perform administrative tasks and work on tenant correspondence Requirements:
- You will have a completed CV-teaching EFZ or equivalent training (e.g. construction or civil engineering designer:in) with
- Your native language is German and you can ideally communicate in other languages orally and in writing
- You have high social and self-competence with the ability of self-management
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy dealing with people
- You bring a A-resinity to technology and can use new technologies
