Mission

• Your customers are clinics and hospitals with a variety of contacts: surgeons, pharmacists, economic services, block staff. - As the true ambassador of our product line, you provide relevant and quality technical advice, and ensure the monitoring and development of the existing customer portfolio.

• As part of your duties, you are present at the operating unit and attend the interventions
• You constantly observe the market, analyze the activity and define an action plan for your sector in accordance with the company's strategy.
• You appreciate the support of a strong team and therefore work in close cooperation with the sales administration, other sales representatives and product specialists.
• You also represent our company at trade shows and congresses.

Profile sought

• You have experience in the field of medical, technical or commercial
• You have experience in selling in the field of osteosynthesis (surgery/maxillofacial surgery)
• You have a good understanding of the needs of our customers in Switzerland
• Strong persuasion ability and excellent communication in the sale
• Positive, enthusiastic, results oriented, pro active and autonomous.
• Located and ready to travel on the mentioned territory.
• English at the professional level.
