The EMS La Gruère unit, attached to the Résidence des Franches-Montagnes (RFM), in Saignelégier, welcomes residents who need support adapted to their loss of autonomy.
Our multidisciplinary team works with commitment and benevolence to ensure quality care for every resident.
In order to ensure the continuity of the management of the unit, following retirement, we are seeking, for entry into office as early as February 2027 or to be agreed upon, an e:
- The EMS La Gruère unit, attached to the Résidence des Franches-Montagnes (RFM), in Saignelégier, welcomes residents who need support adapted to their loss of autonomy.
- Our multidisciplinary team works with commitment and benevolence to ensure quality care for every resident.
- · Provides for the benevolent management of a team of nurses, nursing staff and caregivers, ensuring the quality and safety of care, and providing leadership.
- · Ensure the quality and safety of the care provided by guiding and supporting the health care team in its day-to-day missions.
- · Bachelor of Science HES in Nursing or equivalent.
- · Recognition of the Swiss Red Cross for foreign degrees.
Main responsibilities
- · Provides for the benevolent management of a team of nurses, nursing staff and caregivers, ensuring the quality and safety of care, and providing leadership.
- · Ensure the quality and safety of the care provided by guiding and supporting the health care team in its day-to-day missions.
- · Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects to optimize practices and working conditions within the unit.
- · Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other professionals and families of residents.
- · Delegate certain tasks or responsibilities, if necessary.
Key requirements
- · Bachelor of Science HES in Nursing or equivalent.
- · Recognition of the Swiss Red Cross for foreign degrees.
- · Community training (ICUS), or be prepared to train.
- · Experience of at least 5 years in care, including ideally one year with elderly people or in EMS.
- · Strong team management skills, sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
