- Actively contribute to the organization, optimization and strategic development of the internal medical service, ensuring the quality, efficiency and innovation of the services.
- Participate in the institutional and strategic projects of the Arc Network, while ensuring rigorous monitoring of medical records, treatments and interventions, and supporting continuous improvement of processes
- Holder of an FMH degree in internal medicine (or recognized equivalent) or a MEBEKO registration/recognition in Switzerland, or during the procedure.
- Confirmed hospital experience, ideally in an executive physician function.
- Demonstrated competencies in medical supervision, interdisciplinary work and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
- A sense of responsibility, professional rigour and a spirit of collaboration.
- Excellent relational skills and commitment to quality medicine.
