Role overview

Tasks

• Complete the entire administration and organization of the organization unit incl.

Correspondence, follow-up and management of patient documentation, etc.

as well as appointment coordination and information exchange

• patient reception and reception incl.

• Informing, care and accompanying patients during the treatment process
• Preparation of speaking hours, preparation of all materials as well as equipment for small surgical interventions in the outpatient surgery room
• Check the correctness of performance detection and initiation of measures for possible corrections
• Occupational tasks in the practical training of civil servants and subassistators Requirements:
• Training as medical practical assistance or anaesthetic assistance with at least 1 year of professional experience in medical practice or hospital
• Solid IT user knowledge (MS-Office, SAP, Termdispo of advantage)
• German knowledge very well orally and font (C2) desired
• French knowledge of word and writing of advantage
• Open and value-estimating communication and high organisational and social competence, pronounced service orientation
