Role overview
Introduction For our Production division, we are seeking a Team Manager (M/F) with a horology background, whose primary mission will be to animate, steer and accompany a unit dedicated to watch assembly.
You will be at the heart of our manufacturing activities in a stimulating environment, in which you will coordinate various projects within multidisciplinary teams.

Main responsibilities
- Team management:
- Transmit global guidelines and set individual objectives
- Accompany and guide your teams in achieving their objectives and developing their horological skills
- Create a context conducive to the smooth running of the activity by promoting communication, generating a climate of trust and contributing to the cohesion of the group
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to stimulate exchanges and opportunities for progress Operational management:
- Steer the performance of the entity using and developing various steering and reporting tools to achieve the set objectives
- Successful experience in managing agile teams in an industrial horology environment Natural leadership, listening and empathy
