Main responsibilities

- Backlog Management: Defining, ordering, and refining Product Backlog items to align with business goals.
- Product Strategy: Support the development of a TM strategy and roadmap to guide development.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with Supply Chain stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.
- Development Collaboration: Working with Scrum teams to define, build, and validate product features during sprints.
- Experience: Proven experience as a SAP TM Consultant alongside System/Product Owner responsibilities
- Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of software development processes and technologies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn complex customer needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Prioritization: High capability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

- Advanced experience of ERP IT Business Analysis / Consultancy concepts and practices in the area of SAP Transportation Management (TM) including custom developments (Wricefs) and standard configuration (SPRO)

- Proficiency in integration between SAP Transportation Management and other SAP Modules or products such as SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Material Management, SAP EWM, SAP GTS.
