At our Dintikon site, you will check and document returns and warranty cases from the post office and from our retail locations.
Together with your team and our suppliers, you will ensure that every case finds the fastest way to solve the problem.
The job is limited to 6 months – if it fits on both sides, we will talk about an extension or permanent employment.

- Time-based recording and customer-oriented processing of withdrawals and warranty cases in our ERP - responsibility for quality and quantity of returns and warranty cases, from completeness to the right solution for customers
- Forwarding of cases to the right place: Refurbi-Ping, manufacturers, suppliers or service partners
- 1-2 years: Processing of the goods with reference to returns and guarantee processes
- Completed basic or further training: Logistics specialist with trade diploma
Main responsibilities
- Time-based recording and customer-oriented processing of withdrawals and warranty cases in our ERP - responsibility for quality and quantity of returns and warranty cases, from completeness to the right solution for customers
- Forwarding of cases to the right place: Refurbi-Ping, manufacturers, suppliers or service partners
- Further processing of withdrawals from our retail locations
- Control of incoming shipments from suppliers, manufacturers and service centers before going to internal and external customers Exchange
- with customer service, refurbishing and other internal teams
Key requirements
- 1-2 years: Processing of the goods with reference to returns and guarantee processes
- Completed basic or further training: Logistics specialist with trade diploma
- Good PC-user knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems as well as the desire to acquire the necessary know-how in the goods processing - motivation, responsibility and willingness to use, to keep a cool head even when the packages pile up
