Main responsibilities
- You ensure that stationary and ambulatory recordings are handled administratively clean and completely.
- You take responsibility for cost securing – from clarification of coverage to obtaining cost language and custodial payments.
- You clarify complex concerns directly with insurance companies, authorities, patients and internal bodies.
- You are an important contact person for questions about recording processes and case handling.
- You ensure that relevant master data is accurate, up-to-date and fully maintained. Profile:
- You have a commercial education or have profound experience in a comparable administrative function.
- You work independently, structured and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Even with a high volume of work, you keep an overview, set priorities and work reliably and precisely.
- You are characterized by a quick apprehension and perform your tasks efficiently and independently.
- Dealing with patients as well as with internal and external contact persons is easy for you.
