Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of electrical installations and compliance with legal regulations (e.g. NIV, ESTI)
- Deputy Head of Technical Service and assuming overall responsibility in their absence
- Planning, organisation and monitoring of technical building maintenance, repairs, conversion and infrastructure projects
- Management and coordination of external service providers, craft businesses and suppliers
- Ensuring and monitoring maintenance, energy and water supply and technical control tasks
- Operation and maintenance of fire alarm system, patient call system and building control system
- Service of piquetting and winter piquetting
- Leadership, operational planning and technical support of the Technical Service team
- Organisation of winter service, transport and technical operations
- Responsibility for training in occupational safety, health and fire protection
