Role overview
The Urology Service of the Jura Hospital (French-speaking Switzerland) in collaboration with the Hospital Centre of Bienne provide specialized medical care through a wide range of care adapted to different urological conditions.
In a joint urological collaboration project, including an assistance activity at both sites, the Hospital Centre of Biel and the Hospital of Jura, (team of Dr Roberto Rosini Medical Officer in charge of the department of urology) are looking for an immediate or to be agreed entry into office, one(s):
- The Urology Service of the Jura Hospital (French-speaking Switzerland) in collaboration with the Hospital Centre of Bienne provide specialized medical care through a wide range of care adapted to different urological conditions.
- In a joint urological collaboration project, including an assistance activity at both sites, the Hospital Centre of Biel and the Hospital of Jura, (team of Dr Roberto Rosini Medical Officer in charge of the department of urology) are looking for an immediate or to be agreed entry into office, one(s):
- Management of hospitalizations: completion of anamnesis, complete physical examinations and preparation of medical records.
- Peri-operative follow-up: patient preparation for surgery (informed consents) and immediate post-operative follow-up.
Main responsibilities
- Management of hospitalizations: completion of anamnesis, complete physical examinations and preparation of medical records.
- Peri-operative follow-up: patient preparation for surgery (informed consents) and immediate post-operative follow-up.
- Participation in interventions in a progressive manner, from assistance to the autonomous realization of basic gestures.
- Regular patient monitoring to assess treatment effectiveness, adjust treatment plans if necessary, and provide emotional and educational support.
- Participate in guards and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Preparation of exit reports, prescriptions of medicines and coordination with other services. Required
- You have a Swiss federal degree in medicine or a title recognized by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions (MEBEKO)
- You are ideally in possession of the ISFM specialist degree, or have completed at least the ISFM written and oral examination in urology (in which case to have 3 years experience in urology in advance is requested).
- You have demonstrated clinical activity skills and have good synthesis and decision-making
