Role overview
Intervening in psychiatric patient hospitalization.
Provide psychiatric consultations and care within our multidisciplinary team.
Support the head of hospital service and play a proactive role in the evolution of the psychiatry service by contributing to the projects, our integrated care system aimed at constantly improving the standards of care and ensuring full mental health care for our patients.

- You ensure that the incumbent is replaced according to the needs of the service.
- You have a diploma as a psychiatrist with a specialization in adult psychiatry, recognized by the Swiss authorities (MEBEKO).

Main responsibilities
- Specific responsibilities in addition to the above:
- You ensure that the incumbent is replaced according to the needs of the service.
- You participate in weekend pickets: 1 weekend every 6 to 10 weeks (visits on site + telephone presence).
- You play a leading role in coaching and training assistant doctors.
- The position is open for part time between 80% and 100%, depending on your availability.
- Flexibility, versatility, proactivity and resilience will be key to evolving and contributing in this challenging context.
- You also hold the title of FMH specialist (or equivalent) in psychiatry.
- You speak French at a minimum C1 level.
- You have a confirmed experience in clinical psychiatry, ideally in a hospital environment.
- An experience in accompanying patients in acute psychiatric care would be a valuable asset. A significant academic experience would also be desired.
