Main responsibilities

- You have completed a training in a branch that will give you the means to support the team for a number of administrative tasks
- If you have banking training, it's an asset!
- You can perform some basic tasks with our clients Required
- 3-5 years: Customer reception
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC) French (Very good mastery): Ideally, you have good knowledge of German and/or English
- You have several years of experience in customer contact and you know how to ensure an exciting customer experience
- Empathy, a common sense of listening and an excellent ability to communicate give you proven and recognized social skills
- You take a positive attitude at all times and you have confidence in yourself that allows you to approach all types of situations calmly Cosa offeriamo
